Experience Authentic Peruvian Cuisine at Sazón

There's a reason that Sazón is such a popular restaurant, and as soon as you step inside the door of this Santa Rosa eatery, you'll understand why. The space itself is cozy and warm, with plenty of natural wood and traditional Peruvian artwork. The menu is focused on Peruvian fare, which owner Jose Navarro has spent years perfecting, taking his inspiration from his grandmother's cooking.
Consider starting your meal with a plate of papa rellana to share (panko-crusted potato croquettes, filled with spiced beef and onion). Popular main courses include aji de gallina (pulled chicken stew served in a spicy cream sauce with crumbled hard-boiled egg on top) as well as the lomo saltado (wok-fried steak tenderloin with onion, tomato, and cilantro). Whatever you order, you can count on it being plated in a colorful, artistic manner, which makes your meal a feast for the eyes, as well as the mouth.
