Breakfast is Served at Dierk’s Parkside Cafe

Dierk’s Parkside Cafe first opened its doors back in 2006, when owners Mark and Karen Dierk decided to embark on their dream of serving locally produced fare to Santa Rosa residents. Since that time, the restaurant has become a neighborhood icon, thanks to its tasty menu and warm, friendly atmosphere.
If you visit for breakfast, you should try the kitchen's signature pull-aparts, baked according to Grandma Dierk's recipe of fried dough dusted with cinnamon and sugar (regulars say the pull-aparts are even tastier than a traditional doughnut). Follow that up with your favorite entree — if you want something savory, many recommend the corned beef hash, and if you want something sweet, the French toast is a popular choice. Later in the day, you'll find diners chowing down on burgers, sandwiches, and salads, but don't wait too long to visit, because this place closes its doors at 2 p.m. sharp.
