A quick glance at the menu at Ike’s Place might leave you scratching your head. All of the sandwiches have wacky names, from the Tony Soprano and Handsome Owl, to the We’re Just Friends and Charles Schulz. To add to the confusion, there are so many to choose from, plus each location of Ike’s Place has a vastly different menu. Your best bet is to visit early and often to try as many as you can — you won’t be disappointed if you’re a fan of tons of meat and cheese, stacks of fresh vegetables, and loads of flavorful spreads. 

Each sandwich on the menu has an accompanying list of what’s piled between your bread, so it won’t be that hard to make a choice. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as options for the meat lover. Ike’s Place has lots of unique sauces on their sandwiches, but the overwhelming front runner is the popular Dirty Sauce.

Ike’s Place is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and is conveniently located on the corner of Mendocino Avenue and Dexter Street.
