Are You a “Peanuts” Fan? Visit the Charles M. Schulz Museum & Research Center

November 28, 2018 | sack

If Snoopy and the Peanuts gang had a time of the year, it would be the wintertime — smack in the middle of It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Charlie Brown Christmas, and all the other holiday favorites. That makes it an especially appropriate time to visit the Charles M. Schulz Museum & Research Center.

Fans of the Peanuts animated movies and series will love this unique tribute to its creator. Take a photo with a statue of Snoopy, admire the mosaic of comic strips, and learn more about the private life of Mr. Schultz and his family. There are several floors to wind through, and enough interactive content and interesting exhibits to fill your whole day learning about this piece of American history. The museum is open Labor Day through Memorial Day, and is closed on Tuesdays. Take advantage of the museum’s guided tours to make the most of your trip, and be sure to check out the events calendar for meet and greets with professional cartoonists, drawing demonstrations, and more.
