At this fast-casual pizzeria, you can walk to the counter and pick your toppings as the chefs make your pizza. Topping options include mozzarella, blue cheese, pepperoni, chicken, sausage, bacon, peppers, tomatoes, onion, pesto and olives. Diners can also choose their sauce — marinara, pesto or a white pizza. After you make your selections, the chefs throw your pizza in the wood oven for the perfect char.

Those who are not in the mood for pizza can choose from burrata dishes, salads and gelato. The restaurant also serves beer and wine, which most people agree go perfectly with pizza. Persona offers dine-in service and take-out ‘za, but not delivery. Shall we call tonight a pizza night?
