Have You Tried the Fudge Stout at Snitz Creek Brewery?

Snitz Creek Brewery combines the best of food and drink with locally sourced food and local craft beer. As many breweries do, it all started with the owner receiving his first homebrew kit and deciding to turn his dream into a reality.
Here, beers range from pilsners to wheats and IPAs, ensuring there is always something everyone will enjoy. At any given time, the pub serves 12 drafts, six standards, and six specialty or seasonals brews that rotate out. For fall they welcome an Oktoberfest, and of course, a pumpkin beer to the list. One of the local favorites is their fudge stout, with pairs a creamy stout with chocolaty flavors. The citra dry hopped Opening Day IPA is also a good option for any mood.
Pair your beer with some of the bites off the menu. Start with their apple-weisse glazed slab bacon, which combines their sweet beer with a glorious slab of bacon over slaw. They also serve up wings, tots, fried pickles, sandwiches, and salads.
