For a new spin on date night, check out dinner cruise options on The Pride of the Susquehanna. Constructed by the Harrisburg Area Riverboat Society nearly 30 years ago, this unique vessel is a stern-driven paddle boat with an elegant yet old-school vibe. While this season might be over, tickets sell out quickly so it's always good to plan ahead.

The dinners they offer vary and cover different interests and holidays, so there is an occasion for everyone. A fan favorite is the beer dinners, which pairs courses with local craft brews while a band plays as you cruise along. They also offer cruises for holidays like Mother’s Day, a Fireworks cruise around July Fourth, Father’s Day and Thanksgiving. The fall foliage dinners and blue crab dinners highlight the tastes and views of the fall and summer seasons. Tickets for these two-hour dinners average $45 per person, and include a delicious meal and entertainment every time. The website highlights dates and prices and will be updated with more 2017 dates soon!
