Sniff, Swish and Sip at Spring Gate Vineyard in Harrisburg

While many wineries close for the season, Spring Gate Vineyard stays open all year long so you don’t have to miss out on winter winery fun. Spring Gate sprawls over 60 acres on Devonshire Road in Harrisburg and offers an impressive variety of wines, from chardonnay to raspberry merlot or honey-peach white. Spring Gate even makes cider, which you can purchase in bottles or by the growler. The cider flavors include apple, blueberry, margarita, even pumpkin spice. If you want to do a tasting, it’s $5 to try six, so you can get a little taste of a few. You’ll need to pencil in many visits to try everything!
