Centro has only been open for three months, but with Tustin's own Pozzuoli Winery backing it, the casual brewery has already racked up plenty of rave reviews. All of the beers are brewed in-house, and the Honey Kolsch wows imbibers especially. In the warm months, it comes in a special summer rendition, too. Although the suds on tap change, you might be able to grab a pint of Jasmine Summer Kolsch, Probation IPA, and Heavy Toast Pale Amber.

But beer isn't the only reason that Tustin locals flock to Centro. As an homage to its Pozzuoli Winery roots, the brewery also boasts an extensive wine list. Grab a glass or a pint and enjoy it with a panini stuffed with fresh veggies or prosciutto, or a slice of hot margherita pizza. You can also snag a Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza, which comes topped with classic fixings such as Italian salame and Italian Parma ham. Since the eatery is only a little more than a mile away from Estrella, you can easily head here tonight for a drink and dinner.
