In 1987, Chef Zov Karamardian founded her legendary Zov's Bistro in Tustin. Over the years, she has expanded her business while focusing on perfecting Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Armenian cuisine for patrons in and around Estrella.
The Tustin bistro offers reservations for those looking to dine-in for lunch or dinner at this Diners’ Choice 2015 winner. Fall in love with sautéed calamari, garlic shrimp, tahini lamb tacos, or the beef filet skewers—and those are just appetizers! Seafood fans will want to try the pearled couscous risotto with forest mushrooms, as well as the preserved lemon gremolata in the zahtar-seared ahi.
