The Lost Bean is a coffee shop, wine bar, and cafe in Tustin. It was first established in 2005, and The Lost Bean is committed to using organic products whenever it can.
The coffee shop does not use any artificial ingredients and sources 100% organic, raw, fair-trade certified coffee beans from all over the world. These coffee beans are then roasted to perfection in the shop. In addition to coffee, The Lost Bean also has breakfast and lunch items. Menu favorites include the ham and cheese quiche, the eggs Benedict, and the wide array of different roasts of coffee. It also often hosts open mic nights for those who are looking for some entertainment, and the coffee shop donates 30% of the company’s profits to charity.
The Lost Bean is open Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
