Evergreen Apartment Group Inc., a New Castle multifamily property owner, has purchased the Village of Windhover, a 384-unit apartment community in Newark.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Upon acquisition, Evergreen renamed the property, located at 104 Sandburg Place, as the Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve. Fannie Mae provided the transaction's financing. Key Bank serviced the loan and AMA Financial was the mortgage broker.

Evergreen will renovate the property to offer residents amenities such as a full-service community center, fitness center, swimming pool and dog park.
