Andrea is the Property Manager of Christiana Reserve. Her main goal for Christiana Reserve is to have a smooth transition for all current residents. She really enjoys hearing from residents that call Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve their home. Andrea was the Assistant Manager at Village of Windhover until Evergreen aquired the Newark, Delaware property and named her Property Manager. She is really excited to be a part of the great plans that Evergreen has for the property. Outside of work, Andrea spends a lot of time with her husband and kids playing softball, baseball, and roller skating. In the summer, she spends a lot of time out on her boat!
