Applicant MUST list you as the ONLY referral source on their rental application
Applicant MUST list you as the ONLY referral source on their Short Form Rental Agreement
Applicant didn’t utilize or receive compensation from any other referral source (such as Rent.com)
There can’t be duplication of Referral Credits (payments) – only the primary (first listed) referrer will receive credits (payment)
