She is there to collect rent payments and do service requests for maintenance issues. Alex loves her job because she likes being able to help people on a daily basis, if Christiana Reserve residents are satisfied, she feels like she's accomplished great things for both the office and the residents. Outside of work, she spends a lot of time with her fiancée planning her upcoming wedding!

Just down the road from the tranquil, sprawling apartment community Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve is the new, modern Bear Library with a multitude of events for adults and children alike. Evergreen Apartment Group purchased Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve in a family friendly area of Newark, Delaware, right at the corners of Christiana, Delaware and Bear, Delaware. It is a lively area with lots of children, and the Bear Library has a calendar full of free activities you can bring your children to on a weekly basis!
Located at the corner of Route 40 and Route 7, at 101 Governors Pl, Bear, DE 19701, the Bear Library is just a short walk or drive from Christiana Reserve. Every Monday from 10:30-10:55am, members can come to Book Babies, a session of stories and finger plays and activities for babies 6 months to 1 year. Every Tuesday families can come out to Pajama Story Time, which takes place 6:15-6:45pm and includes a family story time with a craft. On Thursdays, bring out your 2-3 year old for Toddler Tales, 10:30-11:15am, and stick around for Stay and Play afterwards to play with other toddlers and make new friends! For history buffs, adults and teens alike, check out the Bear History Series every other Saturday to find out more about the early settlers in the Bear, Delaware area and learn about how Delaware played a role in key points of American history! Some of the other beneficial courses the library provides includes nutritional education for those with specified health issues, as well as financial and debt management education.

In case you missed it, Evergreen Apartment Group's purchase of Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve made it to The News Journal and delawareonline.com!
Evergreen Apartment Group Inc., a New Castle multifamily property owner, has purchased the Village of Windhover, a 384-unit apartment community in Newark.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Upon acquisition, Evergreen renamed the property, located at 104 Sandburg Place, as the Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve. Fannie Mae provided the transaction's financing. Key Bank serviced the loan and AMA Financial was the mortgage broker.
"Christiana Reserve is an exciting acquisition for our organization, idyllically located in close proximity to major roadways and the Christiana Mall," said Evergreen President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin M. Wolfgang. "For residents looking to rent an apartment in Newark, Delaware; Bear, Delaware; or Christiana, Delaware, Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve is the ideal community."
Evergreen will renovate the property to offer residents amenities such as a full-service community center, fitness center, swimming pool and dog park.
