Evergreen Apartment Group is excited to share information pertaining to improvements projects that have started at Evergreen Apartments at Christiana Reserve. Although we have owned the property for only two weeks, we are hitting the ground running to initiate projects to enhance our community.

First, you will notice a tree company working at the property. While the trees at our community are beautiful, many are overgrown and some are in poor condition. Roughly 25 trees will be removed from the property. Trees at the parking lots will all be lifted to approximately 14 feet off the ground. All other trees will be cut back from buildings to improve sunlight and views for the apartments.

Next, safety and quality are very important to Evergreen Apartment Group. We will be inspecting all exterior stairways. Any required repairs to railings, banisters, and lighting systems will be executed in the upcoming weeks. We will also be executing electrical repairs inside apartments where any outlets or switches that required attention were noted during our inspections.

In the next couple of weeks, you will see new signage announcing the new name of the community. The signage will also communicate that the property is now proudly managed by Evergreen Apartment Group, who are honored members of both the Delaware Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.

Lastly, we are reorganizing the Rental Office to separate the Resident and Leasing Services. The current Rental Office will remain in place, but will be staffed by individuals focused exclusively on serving the needs of our residents. The model will be renovated to allow staff focused on leasing apartments to work directly from the model.
