When it comes to the cheese they don't skimp either. All their pizzas come with nearly 1lb of a very special mozzarella cheese. The mozzarella is actually a blend of buffalo milk and cows milk which will give your pizza a very unique and flavorful taste. If you are trying their pizza for the first time I always recommend a plain cheese as your first pie, that way you can taste the quality that goes into the dough/sauce/cheese. A good pizza doesn't need toppings!
