Firehouse No 1 specializes in upscale comfort food, with a great selection of burgers as well as some delicious appetizers. The drink menu is just as robust, with a number of terrific craft selections that pair beautifully with the menu of delicious eats. Small plates are great for sharing among friends and include a number of terrific dishes, such as grilled asparagus, bacon infused mac ‘n cheese, as well as a decadent bone marrow dish served with crusty bread. Entrees include a grilled pork chop with polenta, flat iron steak seasoned with red wine sauce, and a towering burger featuring bacon, onion rings, and cheddar cheese.
