Feast on Tropical Fare at Go Fish Poke Bar
January 13, 2016 | sack
Hawaiian poke is the new rage across the country, and lucky for you, Fountain Park’s newest neighbor is Go Fish Poke Bar. Well, not exactly, but the eatery is located on South DeAnza Boulevard just like you, so it's not far! This spot, which launched in December, specializes in its namesake poke, in addition to a number of other Japanese and Hawaiian dishes.
Poke bowls come in two sizes. There's the regular, which comes with three types of fish, and the large, which comes with five types of fish. All bowls are topped with crab miso and your choice of fixings. Toppings include ahi tuna, salmon, fried onions, seaweed, garlic, and avocado. In addition to poke bowls, hand rolls are on the menu. They come in varieties like tuna, crab, and veggie. A rotating menu of specials is available to diners, too. Enhance your meal with a glass of sake or beer, and end your dining experience on a sweet note with a serving of green tea ice cream.
