San Jose is home to a plethora of great bars, but Vino Vino, on North San Pedro Street, has to be one of the city's best spots for wine.

This wine bar is an excellent place to hang out. With its rustic, industrial decor, big screen TVs and laid-back vibe, you’ll feel right at home grabbing a table here. Enjoy local bottled wines of all varieties; each one is listed with accompanying tasting notes, so you can select the right one based on your preferences. Alternately, you can enjoy a number of wines on tap, either by the glass, carafe, or in a flight of four two-ounce tastes. The food menu certainly holds its own, as well, with a number of appetizers, cheese boards, and charcuterie platters that make this the perfect place for a snack. For something a little heartier, check out the paninis — the brie, fig and prosciutto is a great choice!
