Freshly Baked Eatery, located across from St. James Park on 3rd Street, is a long-running lunchtime deli serving up hot and cold sandwiches on house-made bread. Enjoy classic sandwich combinations with all the fixings, including lunchmeat, cheese, and veggies. Be sure to get your sandwich on their popular sourdough bread, which is warm, toasty, and fresh out of the oven every 15 minutes. All sandwiches are topped with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, and onion, and are served with a pickle spear.

The menu includes no-nonsense sandwich options such as Ham & Pastrami, German Bologna, Country Ham & Roast Beef, and Salami. Order their biggest and most popular sandwich, the Classic, which is stuffed with roast beef, country ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese. Keep in mind that Freshly Baked is cash-only, but they do have a convenient ATM located inside.
