One of the first restaurants to open in San Jose’s new Little Italy, Paesano Ristorante serves authentic Italian and Sicilian cuisine to hungry visitors and residents. Choose from a variety of entrees including lamb chops marinated in Italian herbs, veal scaloppini with prosciutto, and spaghetti with clams, black mussels, and shrimp. The restaurant serves dinner every day of the week until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Paesano Ristorante is also open from lunch Monday through Friday until 2 p.m.

Sunlight pours through the restaurant’s many windows and fills the blue and white room with light. Along with tables covered in white linen, the restaurant features a sleek, speckled bar. Outside, diners are welcome to enjoy a breeze seated at high-top tables lined along the white-trimmed porch.
