The menu is extensive, so making a choice is always tricky. An early menu favorite is the summer rolls, perfect for the season with shredded lettuce, cucumber, mint, and shrimp wrapped in rice paper. Entrees range from Thai staples like pad Thai and Panang curry to unique options like green papaya salad with crispy pork. The light and refreshing salad paired with the perfectly fried pork is a balanced meal that will tickle anyone's taste buds. All dishes can be made mild, medium, hot or thai spicy, which is not for the faint of heart.

Visit between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday for Ekklak's lunch special, which boasts almost any dish on the menu accompanied by a spring roll and tom yum soup. Prices start at $8 for chicken and rise up to $12 for shrimp or scallop dishes. It's a delicious deal!
