Located in a historic inn next to the Simsbury Library, Metro Bis has been a popular place for brunch or dinner for 15 years. The cuisine is French with an emphasis on locally sourced New England seafood. The lobster pierogis, seasonal river shad, and salmon and tuna tartare all come highly recommended, and just about everyone who’s dined at Metro Bis says you shouldn’t miss the white chocolate bread pudding for dessert.

The service is a particular standout at Metro Bis, where the gracious and dedicated servers will guide your dining experience. The covered patio is a beautiful place to sit and relax with one of the thoughtfully crafted cocktails on the mixology menu.

Metro Bis is open Mondays through Saturday, serving lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It is suggested you make reservations well in advance for parties of any size!
