Hartford residents don't seem to miss the Bertucci's that used to be in the building where Ocho Cafe now resides. Try yours filled with chicken, beef, or fish, plus beans, rice, and fresh tortilla chips on the side. Any other embellishments you need can be found at the salsa bar, which offers a colorful spread of classic condiments that range from mild and tangy to spicy with just a hint of sweetness.
