Next month, join the Simsbury Woman’s Club for the 47th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival! On September 18th and 19th, rain or shine, Iron Horse Boulevard will turn into a market wonderland featuring more than 100 artisans sharing their pieces with the masses. The juried show runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, boasting eclectic and traditional art forms from talented artists of all backgrounds. From artfully designed sterling silver jewelry to intricate oil paintings, stellar photographs to carefully crafted sculptures, there is something for all ages and preferences to enjoy.

Many suggest you make a day out of it, as there are food vendors and community activities around every corner. All the proceeds from the day go to scholarship funds and supporting area nonprofits. So get out and shop for something new while supporting your community. Admission and parking are free, so even more to spend on a treat or new piece!
