Ramen Yokocho (Ramen Street) is a Southern California based food event showcasing the Japanese Ramen tradition.

What is Ramen?
Ramen is a Japanese noodle based soup dish served in a meat or fish-Based broth, using an array of toppings such as soy sauce, miso, and green onions.

When you think of Ramen the first thing that may come to mind is instant Ramen Noodles, but in reality there are many different types of Ramen all varying by region. Nearly every region in Japan has its own variation of Ramen from the Shoyu Ramen of Tokyo, Tonkotsu Ramen of Kyushu, Miso Ramen of Hokkaido and many many more.

Explore these many varieties of Ramen through local and international vendors.
