Dig Into a Poke Bowl at Truffle Butter Poke Bar

An "infatuation for food" is what drives Chef Rafi to create beautiful, totally customized poke bowls at Truffle Butter Poke Bar. Inspired by the Hawaiian tradition of eating fresh slices of Ahi tuna, the poke bowl showcases an assortment of healthy ingredients that you can choose, starting with the base.
Before you pick a base, decide what size bowl you'd like. Then select a foundation like the classic white or brown rice, or a more inventive blend of kale and mango, quinoa and kale, or mixed greens. Next, pick a protein from the long list. The small bowls can hold up to two options, such as Ahi tuna and albacore, whereas large bowls contain up to four, such as salmon, crab, shrimp, and octopus. There's also tofu for vegetarian and vegan eaters. After you pick your proteins, choose add-ins like sliced scallions or seaweed, and a sauce such as Original, Lemon Wasabi, or Ponzu. Top it all off with the house-made spicy aioli (a customer favorite) or the truffle oil, plus edamame, wasabi, or nori.
