Located in downtown San Manteo, Mortar & Pestle Bar is a chic, laid-back lounge offering handcrafted cocktails, local microbrews, specialty wines, and bar snacks from adjacent eatery Curry Up Now. All of their syrups, sodas, and tonics are made in-house to create Indian-inspired libations. Try one of their popular signature cocktails, such as The Land of Milk and Honey made with ginger tea-infused vodka, lemon, honey, Greek yogurt, spiced orange liqueur, and bitters. Pair your drink with one of their shared bar bites, like the Holy Moly Fried Ravioli served with a tikka masala dipping sauce or the Dynamite Tangra Wings doused in an insanely spicy Indian-Chinese sauce and ghost chili dust.

Mortar & Pestle offers seating at the bar, high top tables, communal tables with benches, and a comfortable lounge area. Check out their Social Hour held daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for drink specials and cheap eats.
