Everyone knows it's important to incorporate regular exercise into your life, and now LIFT Exercise makes it easy. This new San Mateo studio offers three basic types of classes: barre, bike, and heated high-intensity training, so you should be able to find something that suits your style.

Stick to a single type of class that you especially enjoy, or rotate among them in order to work different parts of your body at varying intensity. Classes start as early as 5:30 am, so you'll definitely have options if you're an early bird (for example, try the 5:45 p.m. HIIT if you want to jumpstart your day). If you'd prefer to work out after you've finished your day at the office, that's possible, too.
