Your poke bowl is completely customizable with a choice of base, mix-ins, protein, sauces, and toppings. Then, choose proteins that you can mix and match from a variety of fresh fish options or vegetarian tofu. Toppings are endless and range from spicy tempura flakes to pineapple to kimchi. Pair your meal with a Dole Whip, a refreshing pineapple soft serve dessert, or a side of their spicy crab salad.
