Boutique Coffee opts not to roast its coffee in-house, but rather to leave that meticulous process to some of the top experts around the state and around the world. They source their beans from both local and international roasters who've perfected the craft. The lineup of coffees changes every day, but you might see beans from Verve in Santa Cruz, Saint Frank in San Francisco, or Square Mile in London, England.

The talented baristas use an artisan coffee-making machine to craft specialty espresso drinks like cappuccinos and macchiatos. They also offer a handful of their own signature sips, including the Comfort, a latte infused with honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. The Herbalicious latte showcases the floral flavors of lavender. The matcha latte features a gourmet brand of real matcha.
