Only two months ago, a brand new sushi restaurant came to San Carlos: AT Sushi. It sits only 10 minutes away from Hillsdale Square, so you can easily swing by to see (and taste) why, in its relatively short life span, AT Sushi has already started amassing rave reviews from local sushi connoisseurs.
Most of them point to the high quality and freshness of the sushi, which comes in an array of beautiful, colorful creations. Before you begin your meal, ease into the feast with a few raw oysters or one of the other smaller plates. Then you'll be ready for fresh sushi rolls, such as the spicy dragon roll and the signature AT roll. You might not want to fill up on the Japanese fare for dinner, though, because dessert is just as decadent. Try the inventive michi ice cream to cap off your meal at AT Sushi.
