This exceptional Canton eatery serves cuisine inspired by dishes from all over the world, and has won a fan following of locals who rave about their attention to detail and quality. Owner Kristina Mikelenas came to America from Lithuania and worked to save up the money to open her own café. The Amber Road Café's menu is terrific from beginning to end, with regulars raving about the fresh, tasty dishes that are made completely from scratch. Some of the most popular breakfast dishes include the decadent French toast stuffed with melted Brie cheese, which is sweet, savory and out of this world, as well as the great corned beef hash. They’re also open for lunch, serving up a number of sandwiches and wraps. Go for the awesome Reuben, loaded with house-made corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss. Since this relatively small spot is quite popular, you might have to wait a bit for a table. But the array of tastes is worth the wait.
