Museum of Science: Hands On Science
June 4, 2013 | greystar
Learning doesn't only exist in the classroom, and at the Museum of Science, there is always something fun and exciting to explore. The museum opened its first wing in 1951, and since then has become a leading mainstay in science discovery. Offering a variety of hands-on experiences for learners of all ages, interaction and immersion is a key element of exhibits that explore everything from earth science and nanotechnology to engineering, and the space beyond. Through a range of media and exhibits like the IMAX, a planetarium, cinemas, live presentations, and simulated experiences, the museum promotes an ongoing engagement in (fun!) technology.
