The Fort Dupont Ice Arena is the only indoor ice skating rink in the city of Washington, and a place for cool fun, all the time. Operated by an all volunteer organization and located on the grounds of the Kimball Playground, the Fort Dupont Ice Rink is the perfect place for kids and families.
Sure there’s free skating, but there are also great structured activities for kids during non-school hours like Kids on Ice, a program that provides free lessons and provides equipment.
