Safety First:
With the impending snow, we are expecting that we will be working around the clock to remove the snow from around the building. Our maintenance staff will be on site to ensure that all entry and exit points are clear. As always please be careful and mindful that some spots may be slippery anytime you are walking outside so it is always best to wear the appropriate shoes. The leasing office will remain open this weekend and maintenance will only be available for emergencies.
Good to Know:
Metro announced service will be suspended this weekend due to the potential blizzard that will impact the D.C. region this weekend. Metro rail will open at 5 a.m. Friday and will close later in the day at 11 p.m. Metro will remain closed for Saturday and Sunday. If you do need to get around town, all D.C. taxi cabs are charging a $15-dollar snow emergency fare.
The extra charge begins at 9:30 Friday morning and is in addition to your regular, metered fare.
Fun Stuff:
Coffee and Hot Chocolate will be FREE all weekend in the Lobby. To be mindful of the earth, please bring a mug.
