Choose from a Large Menu of Vegetarian and Vegan Dishes at Blue Sage Vegetarian Grille

At most restaurants, vegetarians are forced to pick from a collection of salads and side dishes. Not at Blue Sage Vegetarian Grille. Here, the entire menu is dedicated to non-meat-eaters, which means every single dish is plant-based—no meat to be found. A handful of the dishes are even vegan, so if you avoid animal products entirely, you should still be able to find something that suits you here.
That doesn't mean carnivores should stay away, though. Blue Sage's chefs are so skilled that even big meat-eaters should be able to appreciate the vegetarian fare. Regulars highly recommend you kick off your meal with the nachos, which are loaded with velvety, onion-infused goat milk manchego, black beans, corn, red peppers, and dried grape tomatoes. Just make sure you save room for one of the decadent entrees, like the Velvet Rojo. It features spaghetti smash smothered with brown sugar and butter, plus corn, edamame succotash, grilled avocado, pine nuts, lemongrass gremolata, and a skewer of red-curried portobello mushrooms. You're also welcome to BYO to Blue Sage.
