The candy makers at Stutz Candy Company make chocolate the old-fashioned way and have been doing so for five generations. The candy company was started in 1938 by a husband and wife team who gained popularity throughout the community and later expanded their business from one location in Jenkintown to several locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Today, the candy selection at this local spot (it’s just 10 minutes from Jefferson on the Creek) is expansive.

The most popular items at the shop are quite possibly the boxed chocolates, which come in varieties including caramel, chocolate-covered fruits, chocolates with nut centers, truffles, and more. In addition to boxed chocolate, though, guests can find chocolate-covered pretzels, fudge, salt water taffies, and solid chocolates on the shelves in the shop.
