Hi Everyone!

We will be sending out a winter newsletter at the end of January that goes over some important items such as resident referrals, reminders to pick up after your pet and information regarding your heat in the winter.

We will also be holding a "Breakfast on the Run" in February; you will see the leasing staff in the front of the community handing out treats to everyone on their way out for the day!

This newsletter will be hand delivered to your door so please take the time to read it over!

***We also want all residents to know that we are now open until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.***

The office will be closed on Monday, May 26th for Memorial Day. The swimming pools open this weekend, so please remember to pick up your pool pass in the leasing office if you haven't done so already! We will have regular weekend hours on Saturday (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and Sunday (11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Spring is here! Before you know it, summer will be here and our pools will be open. We will be sending out pool information along with the date residents can start picking up their pool passes. The pool will be opening Memorial Day weekend.

Warm weather means getting active! We have our 24/7 fitness center available for residents as well as nice walking parks in the area. Check out Fairmount Park or the trails along Kelly Drive for the beautiful scenery!

Remember, we are always looking for great residents such as yourself. Refer your friends, family members and co-workers to Lincoln Green Apartments and you could receive a nice $300 check. Restrictions do apply. Come talk to us in the office!
