They come five different ways, with toppings like garlic beef, tequila-lime chicken, and pork. The crunchy chips, medley of gooey cheeses, and blend of veggies on top remain the same no matter which variety you order. Munch on the nachos while you warm up for a plate of tempura fish tacos or a spicy aged chorizo burrito. Depending on what you create, your meal may consist of Asian fusion, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Thai, vegan, or Korean fares.

If you can’t choose what to make, you can build one of the restaurant’s signature bowls. Choose from such house creations as pineapple teriyaki chicken, steak and broccoli, firecracker scallops, and spicy Thai tofu. That begins with its patties, a blend of chuck and brisket that the kitchen team grinds each morning. The burger buns take even more manpower, as they're pulled piping hot from the oven every single hour. Chefs create their own sauces and salad dressings, slice their own cheese, and generally tackle every other task they can on-site.

According to Yelp reviewers, you can taste the hard work in every bite. Even the skinny fries that accompany Grub's juicy burgers win rave reviews. Still, the burgers play a starring role at Grub. Try the classic Front Porch burger if you're only interested in the essentials: lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo. For something a bit more lavish, order the OMG. It's actually topped with the skinny fries, as well as a healthy portion of Texas chili, cheddar, chopped onions, and mustard.

It’s challenging to not find yourself charmed by a breakfast joint when the logo is a sunburst—made of bacon! At Spring’s Sunny Side of the Street, chefs Michael and Tony Kusuma are hard at work on making the most important meal of the day the most delicious meal of the day, as well.

The breakfast menu is chock full of classics such as thick Texas-style French toast, customizable three-egg omelets, and buttery old fashioned biscuits topped with sausage gravy. For the more adventurous, sample some “Future Classics” like apple cheddar flapjacks, blueberry custard baked French toast, or curried butternut squash shirred eggs. While the breakfast selections dominate, the lunch menu also shines with fan favorites and Southern signatures like the self-explanatory chicken waffle toast sandwich and the Korean pulled-pork sandwich served with Korean cabbage slaw and spicy barbecue sauce.

Sunny Side of the Street is open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, with lunch available after 11 a.m. The early bird gets the worm in this case, as tables tend to fill up fast, particularly on the weekends.

When residents of The Woodlands can’t choose between Chinese food and sushi, they can head to Atsumi Asian Kitchen Sushi Bar, an Asian Fusion restaurant where they can have both. Chef Henry Zhu focuses his extensive sushi selection on the freshest fish available, so the sushi menu may change. At any given time, you may choose from close to 100 different kinds of sushi and sashimi, including rolls stuffed with snow crab, fresh water eel, or spicy crawfish.

Chef Zhu also crafts a number of Chinese cuisine entrees, including such house specialties as yellow curry chicken, fried tofu, or jumbo shrimp with walnuts in a spicy honey sauce. Each dish is served with white rice or, for and extra dollar, brown or fried rice.

You can enjoy your Asian fusion meal seven days a week from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. The restaurant also offers free delivery within a three-mile radius.
