If you send a friend or family member our way and they lease a two or three bedroom apartment home, you earn $750! If your referral needs a one bedroom, don't worry- you still make $500!
Just make sure they give your name at the time of the tour!

Meet Penny and Niya! They are best friends and love to cuddle and play with each other. Penny is showing Niya the ropes as she is new to our community. If you see them in the halls you won't be able to resist saying hi as they are both so sweet!
Meet Bombers!

Say hello to Bombers! He is a Boston Terrier and a happy pup! Bombers loves to have his back scratched and can do some serious yoga poses- he has mastered downward facing dog. He hates when his dad goes out of town. This is him trying to stop a vacation. Make sure to say hello next time you see him in the hallway!

Meet Sam, one of our newest four legged residents! He was rescued and found a forever home after the Bastrop fires and we are so thrilled to welcome him to Mosaic! If you see him in the halls ask for a high five because he loves to give them out.

Ride Your Bike to Work Day!

Join the movement and ride your bike instead of taking your car! On Friday, May 16th join other Austin cyclists and ride your bike to work! There are fueling stations all over town if you need a breakfast or lunch pick me up. The Mosaic staff will be manning a fueling station at the roundabout from 7-9:30 a.m. so stop by and say hello! Mueller’s 10th Birthday Party!

The Mueller Neighborhood is turning 10 and you're invited to the party! Next Saturday, May 10th, join the Austin community in celebration at the Browning Hanger and Lake Park from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The celebration will include hamster balls, a live DJ, food trucks, birthday cake and a giant piñata.
