Parking Garage Table Reservation only $10 each (can be rented with other residents or alone.) We will be advertising our sale to the public. Start cleaning out your apartment! Your trash is another person’s treasure! **Tables can also be rented by residents who sell baked goods, jewelry, cosmetics, etc.

It's time for another MVC contest! April 22nd is National Jelly Bean Day and in honor of it, we will be hosting a jelly bean counting contest! In the leasing office will be a jar full of jelly beans. The one who guesses the correct amount of jelly beans wins the jar and a prize! Come down and take a guess!!!

Winter Warmth Recap!
Put away your winter coats, (although I'm sure you already did a month ago.) Today is the official 1st day of spring and the winter doors are now closed. While we have an amazing spring to look forward to, let’s look back at what an amazingly warm winter we had. In fact, it was the warmest winter in North Jersey ever!
