Crush a Workout in 60 Minutes at Orangetheory Fitness Frisco
July 8, 2016 | orion
Fitness happens a little differently at Orangetheory in Frisco. Instead of toiling away on the treadmill or stationary bike, exercisers at Orangetheory spend a mere 60 minutes moving back and forth between cardio and strength-training intervals. Each athlete wears a heart rate monitor, so she always knows exactly how quickly her metabolism is working throughout the routine.
The classes are called the Orange 60, and they exemplify an effective cross-training approach. It's so effective, in fact, that if you only have 45 minutes on your lunch break, you can still squeeze in a workout—the Orange 45. There are classes every hour from 5 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Orangetheory Fitness, so no matter what kind of crazy schedule you usually adhere to, you'll be able to catch a class here.
