August 17, 2017 | orion

Water’s Edge Cafe is a neat storefront restaurant in Little Elm offering excellent Southwestern and Cajun food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a West Eldorado Parkway establishment that’s worth checking out any time of the day.

If you’re looking to start your morning with a meal that satisfies, Water’s Edge has the breakfast selections you're craving. The huevos rancheros are a great choice. Crispy tortillas are layered with black beans and chorizo, then topped with avocado and two eggs in any style. There are plenty of other enjoyable options here, too, including classics like waffles, pancakes, eggs Benedict, and three-egg omelets. The lunch menu certainly holds its own, as well. Seafood platters, po’ boy sandwiches, soups, and salads are just a few of the options you have here. Be sure to check out the specials, too. On Wednesdays, you can enjoy a sandwich filled with slow-cooked roast beef and grilled ham, then topped with Swiss cheese. There’s more than enough here to warrant multiple visits, so be sure to check out Water's Edge Cafe.
