Super Shack only came to McKinney this past July, but its high-quality seafood and inventive preparations are already earning some praise from local eaters. They love the simplicity of the catfish basket, which comes with your choice of grilled or fried fish, fries, and dipping sauce on the side.

If you want something a little fancier, opt for one of the "cocktails." The ceviche tostada cocktail begins with a foundation of tostada chips, upon which freshly crafted ceviche, pico de gallo, avocado, and lime is piled. The classic shrimp cocktail showcases a house-made tomato sauce infused with clam juice, lime juice, garlic, red onion, and cilantro. Burgers, salads, and many other versions of fresh seafood fill the remainder of the menu at Super Shack in McKinney, so don't miss out on the fresh grub.
