The Colony Half Marathon Returns on October 22nd

On Saturday, October 22nd, the Colony Half Marathon returns to The Colony Shoreline Trail and the scenic Lake Louisville. The 13.1-mile race kicks off at 8 a.m. on October 22nd and is a great race for runners of all ages. This year marks the fourth year for the half marathon, and year after year, it has proven to be a favorite for locals. Many people who run this race love the scenic route that the race follows, and there are many great views for spectators of the race as well.
The race starts and ends at Steward Park, which is only a few minutes from Orion Prosper. Race organizers are no longer accepting new participants, but residents of Orion Prosper (and folks throughout the area) are encouraged to head to the park to cheer on the runners.
