Enjoy Authentic Indian Snacks at Santrupti Foods

The Frisco dining scene got a little bit more colorful about two months ago when Santrupti Foods first debuted on Custer Road. Owner and manager Vidya Adya boasts more than two decades of cooking experience with a special focus on vegetarian cuisine, so you can expect to see many meat-free dishes on the menu at Santrupti Foods.
Vidya uses her own family's recipes, which have been passed down through the generations, to recreate Indian street food at Santrupti, and her team never uses preservatives or additives. Dig into one of the "snacks," such as the bold and spicy sandwich, the samosa chaat, the boiled peanut chaat, or the curd sandwich. Wash down the food with one of the boba teas, perhaps the sweet passion fruit or the classic lychee. Just make sure that you save some room for the fresh frozen yogurt, which ranges from simple Euro Tart to mango saffron.
