The Path to Helping Animals Starts with the CCAS Volunteer Orientation

February 23, 2017 | orion

Helping to rescue animals requires the proper training to really make an impact, so if you’re interested in volunteering with Collin County Animal Services, come to their Volunteer Orientation session on Saturday, March 11th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

During this class, you'll learn how volunteers play a critical role in rescuing animals and helping them get adopted. See how you can help dogs and cats socialize and become incredible pets in addition to a number of other ways in which you can contribute positively to the shelter. This event is free, giving every reason for animal lovers to see if this opportunity to make a difference is right for them. It will take place at Collin County Animal Services, located at 4750 Community Avenue in McKinney.
