Grab a Pint on the Patio at Eight 11

September 5, 2017 | orion

There's nothing quite like roasting a marshmallow over a crackling firepit on the patio at Eight 11 while a local musician plays in the background. It might just be the quintessential Texan summer night. The firepits are part of what makes the patio so magical at Eight 11, and why it tends to attract a crowd Wednesday through Saturday nights for live music.

But before the music begins at 6:30 p.m., happy hour tends to bring in many regulars, too. After all, both the extensive wine list and the popular draft beer menu offer specials. Grab a glass of select wines for just $5 apiece, or sip on a pint of local craft beer for $4. Although the tap list changes regularly, you can expect it to include local pours such as the Shiner Strawberry Blonde—which is actually crafted with Texan strawberries—and the Deep Ellum Neato Bandito, a Mexican-style lager. Stop by Eight 11 to enjoy a brew on the patio this fall!
